A tiny free range egg, so beautiful and perfect.
Happy hens who live in egg mobiles and feeding on green pastures supplemented with a clean grain diet enjoying life. Cluck, cluck, chitter, chatter the rooster is the lucky one.......
Their eggs are different, the satin white inner lining is so much thicker and the shells are tougher and harder to crack, but the most astounding are the colours.
From the lightest blond powdery pink brown to the darkest tan with a touch of purple and orange, the variations are truly amazing,filled with wonder. 
Happy 2017, the Chinese Year of the Rooster.
